• Frank Vardaros, the man who was responsible for putting together the Maynard Ferguson and Arturo Sandoval "Summon the Legends" concert and the MF 75th Birthday Bash has graciously donated some posters to the website. • If you haven't visited the MF Forum lately, you are missing out! Recent highlights include a new feature in which a particular MF song is available for listening and then it's discussed. Also, Stephen Lovelady, webmaster of the MF High Life site, posted a link to a couple of rare sound clips of MF Christmas Music.

• The MF Tribute Page has the chance to break a personal best quarterly record for sales through Amazon. Spurred mostly by Christmas music, the MF Tribute Page has, as of December 13th, sold 268 items in the 4th quarter. If I can sell around 50 more items before December 31, this site will be eligible for a "growth bonus" for the first time. A growth bonus would greatly help fund this site! • I know it's a little early, but I've already started buying and listening to Christmas CDs. It's a sickness, really. I've updated and reposted my list of trumpet-heavy holiday music, including the Concord Jazz Christmas featuring MF and Big Bop Nouveau on the MF Christmas Medley.
• I've cleaned up the Maynard CD page, adding some obscure titles (such as Double Exposure) and expanding the Kenton section. I've also streamlined the "Other Screaming Trumpeters" page to make for easier ordering.
